Corporate Accountant - Dublin
Fantastic opportunity to join this leading global brand as they continue on their acquisition and global growth trail.
This opportunity will suit a newly qualified accountant coming from professional services environment.
The role in general.
- Researching and providing advice on financial reporting implications of new types of transactions, investment decisions, financing arrangements etc
- Working on ad?hoc projects including business acquisitions and disposals, new accounting standards, bond issues etc
- Preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts, consolidated quarterly and annual statutory accounts both for internal and external purposes.
- Preparation of financial reports and analysis for the Senior Executive Management team
- Involvement in external audit process
- Provide support to the CFO and senior Group finance and treasury teams.
- Maintaining and updating the internal control framework to ensure integrity of financial reporting process.
You will be Tertiary qualified and have recently gained a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA) coming from either Audit or Transaction Services within a professional services environment.
