FInance Manager - Management Accounts (40% home working)

Delighted to be once more working with this global head office and supporting them with the recruitment for a Finance Manager, due to internal restructuring and rationalisation.
This role will supervise a small junior finance team in the production of end to end management accounts for a group entity.
More specifically you will be responsible for the following:
- Management accounts produced on time and reviewed to highlight variances to budget/forecast; to include accruals, prepayments, analysis of accounts and key P&L reconciliations
- Hold regular aged debtor & creditor meetings and ensure aged items are investigated and cleared in a timely manner
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed in line with group timetable, and any issues are highlighted, investigated and actioned in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the business partnering team to ensure they are fully aware of all aspects of the management accounts and providing meaningful information for them to take to the wider business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting for the UK business who has an excellent pedigree both with the business and in the industry, this is a great role for a qualified Accountant (typically 1 - 3 yrs PQE) looking to step up into an FM role alternatively a seasoned Finance Manager who is likely to qualify in the next 12 months..
